Lükii™ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Lükii™. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any of our products. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ABOUT Lükii™

Lükii™ is an Australian-owned business offering wellness bands designed to support moments of mindfulness, calm, and focus. Our products are made from certified organic cotton, rPET (recycled plastic), food-grade silicone and medical-grade stainless steel.

2. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

We comply with all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including your rights relating to consumer guarantees, returns, refunds, and warranties.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lükii™ experience.

Major Failures

If your product has a major failure (e.g., not safe, not as described, or cannot be fixed), you are entitled to:

● A full refund, or

● A replacement, and

● Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

Minor Failures

If your product has a minor fault, we will offer a free repair within a reasonable time.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer a voluntary exchange or credit note at our discretion if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. WARRANTIES

At Lükii, we’re committed to quality and care in every piece we create. All of our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you experience any issue with your Lükii band, please contact our friendly support team at hello@lukii.com.au with your proof of purchase, photos of the item and defect, and a short description of the issue. Each claim is thoughtfully reviewed in line with ACL guidelines, and we’ll ensure the appropriate remedy repair, replacement, or refund is provided where required.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

● We ship only in Australia.

● Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are clearly disclosed before payment.

● Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days.

● You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary due to external postal service delays. Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch.

6. PRODUCT USAGE & DISCLAIMER

Lükii™ bands are designed for general wellness support and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any health condition. If you have a medical concern or condition, please consult a healthcare professional.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lükii™ is not liable for:

● Any indirect or consequential losses

● Loss of use, income or data

● Any harm from misuse or unauthorised alteration of our products

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the ACL.

8. CHANGE OF TERMS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
